"WordApp: A Case Study in Business Mismanagement"
I’m really let down. The training on using tools like Google Docs and the actual writing and uploading process is the worst I’ve ever encountered.
There’s zero planning, no clear outcomes, no structure, and no real explanation for why things are the way they are. We ultimately figured out that the training was subpar because the trainers themselves seemed poorly prepared, embarrassed, and frustrated about it.
In the first week, we were told we could eventually upload our own work to earn more, but after a week, it turned out that uploading was mandatory. That would’ve been alright if the training had been decent.
The training was terrible. The two trainers clearly lacked a plan, structure, or method. They were just telling us how they would tackle certain tasks, and the worst part was how often they had to correct each other and themselves.
I saved the Skype recordings, and they’re filled with phrases like, "What I forgot to mention last time..." and similar things.
The reason WordApp is struggling isn’t due to the global economy. It’s the lackluster approach of their trainers and one co-founder’s refusal to acknowledge the problems.
Instead of looking into why we were upset, he simply stated, "WordApp isn’t a training company." Well, that’s exactly why your company is in decline.
Your disregard for duty of care and lack of interest is what I take away from WordApp. You’ve failed to meet your commitments, and as long as you ignore and overlook legitimate concerns within your organization, the decline will continue and eventually erase all the good work you did when you still cared.
Did I mention how let down I am?
"Look at the genuine review site for this awful business"
A genuine review site exists for this business. This feedback comes from the handful of pals they may still have. Seriously, don’t waste your time with this company. Take a look at their actual reviews.

"Top Choice for Writers"
I've been an EWA at Wordapp for about six months now. Payments come on time every month, and the pay is pretty good! At the end of the day, if you do your job right, you won’t run into any problems. But if you hurry through articles and make a bunch of mistakes, you just won’t get more gigs since clients won’t go for low-quality writing. If you get the chance to work with this company, I definitely suggest you give it a try! They really appreciate dedicated writers.

"We're taking legal steps against WordApp..."
We're in the midst of pursuing legal action against WordApp in the country where they’re registered. This isn’t just about them not paying up; we’ve also reported them to the relevant authorities for unethical labor practices.
WordApp is far from what it advertises itself to be. They don’t have any permanent staff at all. Instead, they rely on freelance writers and negotiate rates based on word count. Then, out of the blue, they expect these freelancers to find images, handle editing, upload content to websites, and join several meetings each week—all without any additional pay. You’re also expected to be on call during office hours, again, for free. It’s like full-time work but with freelance pay. To make matters worse, they pick a few team leads at their own whim and take a cut from the writers’ earnings (and keep in mind, writers are only paid per word), using that to compensate the team leaders. It’s basically a pyramid scheme in disguise.

"Awesome platform for writers"
This platform is fantastic for those looking to make a bit of extra money. The way they handle payments is quite efficient. I’d definitely suggest it to anyone who loves writing and has the skills to back it up.

"They'll gladly copy text"
They'll gladly copy text, and they really don’t know how to treat folks right. One of the instructors, Linda, kept calling the platform 'What's App,' which just shows how little they actually care.
On top of that, the system they use to build their websites is just plain awful. They prioritize keywords over actual flow or structure, which is super important for SEO. Honestly, you can find way cheaper freelancers on Fiverr or UpWork who can whip up WordPress sites with a lot more understanding of your project.
All in all, I wouldn’t suggest working for them or using their services.

"Top Choice for Writers and Businesses"
Wordapp is a fantastic platform, no doubt about it! I've been using it for 2 years now, and every moment has been rewarding. The team behind it is really friendly and skilled! I give it a solid 5 stars. If you're a writer in search of a writing platform or a business wanting to get your website and articles done just right, then Wordapp is where you wanna be.

"Unpleasant Editors and Low-Paying Jobs"
The editors here can be quite rude, providing feedback in a really unpleasant manner. This attitude seems to trickle down from the higher-ups to the regular folks working there. It feels like the working conditions aren't the best, leading to a pretty toxic atmosphere.
There are other content platforms with strict editors, but at least they offer feedback that's respectful.
As for the tasks, they tend to be repetitive, so if that's your jam, you'll find plenty to keep you busy at Wordapp. However, even at the higher levels, you'll see that the pay for these tasks is pretty low.
I can't help but think that those overly positive reviews with just one comment are likely from the company or its employees. Wordapp seems to encourage their clients to post glowing reviews while conveniently leaving out any negative experiences, which fits their idea of being 'objective.'

"Simple Earnings"
Tasks are super easy, and you get rewarded for your interests. It doesn’t interfere with anything, plus you still earn. Word-app is truly the top spot. We just need more gigs so we can rake in the cash! 💲💲💲💲
"Looking to make some extra cash with freelance jobs? You've found the spot!"
If you're keen on making a bit of extra dough by participating in online surveys, this is a solid starting point. They frequently have new surveys that need folks to respond. Plus, there's a leveling system that lets you earn even more (on an hourly basis) beyond just completing surveys. The platform gets regular updates, so I reckon there's plenty happening for everyone.

"Freelance Opportunities"
This is a solid spot for anyone looking to do some freelance gigs. They’ve got a leveling system, and once you level up a bit, you can snag higher-paying jobs and whatnot.
The communication is great, and there are fresh challenges popping up regularly. I’m curious to see how wordapp.com evolves in the future.
